LoopLog Onboarding Guide

This short walkthrough will guide you through your first loop — from intention to completion.

A loop is a focused reflection cycle — a space to capture intention, progress, and closure.
Click "+ New Loop" on your dashboard and choose a type that feels right: Reflection, Growth, Creative, or Alignment.

Give your loop a name that reflects its purpose — like "Morning Clarity," "Project Reset," or "Creative Burst." You can also add a short description to remind yourself what you’re focusing on.

Each template gives structure to your thoughts. For example:

  • Reflection: "What did I learn today?"
  • Growth: "What improved from last time?"
  • Creative: "What idea came alive?"

Enter your thoughts freely. This is your space — there’s no wrong format. You can return and update the loop as you progress. The act of writing reinforces clarity.

When the loop feels complete, mark it as closed. Closing locks in your reflection — it becomes part of your clarity timeline. Each closed loop contributes to your evolving pattern of growth.
